Deposits
Deposits made for orders are non-refundable unless we cancel your order due to product unavailability or pricing errors.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are limited to one per customer per order. Combining multiple codes for greater discounts is not permitted and orders attempting to do so will be cancelled.
Alterations
Any alterations to orders may incur additional charges.
Delivery
We offer FREE delivery.
Fitting
Our fitting service includes delivery to a designated room and assembly of the product. It does not involve dismantling existing furniture or removing packaging.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can be safely delivered to the intended room.
Warranty
We offer a 90-day comprehensive warranty on bed frames, covering defects in materials or workmanship. Additionally, a part replacement warranty is provided for up to 2 years from the purchase date.
Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper assembly.
Cancellation and Returns
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Customers may cancel orders within a 14-day cooling-off period, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom-sized beds are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are in their original condition and packaging. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for returned items.
